While we strive for timely delivery, all stated delivery windows (including the 10-14 business day estimate) are approximations based on carrier performance under normal conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Seasonal carrier volume

• Weather events

• Customs processing

• Incorrect shipping information

• Carrier service disruptions

Loss & Theft Disclaimer: All shipments are insured through the carrier. Once a package shows as "delivered" in the carrier's tracking system, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We cannot assume liability for packages marked as delivered that are subsequently lost or stolen.
